Project Description
Rite-Cell Plastic Bee Foundation
Our plastic foundation is molded from food grade plastic and coated with beeswax. They are ready to use, just put into your frames. Wax moth damage? No problem! Simply scrape the damage off and put them back on for the bees to clean up. Pull them from the box and put them right into your frames and onto your bees.
Rite-Cell® foundations easily slips into your grooved top frame. Deeper cell depth, and heavy weight plastic makes this an economical option for your hive bodies. Holds up to extracting and wax moths cannot damage. Requires no reinforcement
**If you are using medium boxes for brood chambers, we recommend the Black Rite-Cell foundation so that you can see eggs and developing larvae better with the contrasting colors.
- Requires no reinforcement
- Slips easily into a groove top frame
- Sharper cell edges for quick acceptance
- Wax moths cannot damage
- Deeper cell depth with highest definition
