90-Degree Angled Top Bar or Warre Hive Tool
A hive tool designed specifically for use in top bar hives. Also excellent for use with Warre hives.
The hook is sharp on both sides so allows you to chop both down and up through the comb.
This hive tool is designed for use on a Top BarHive but works well with Langstroth as well . It is used to loosen and pry the bars or frames for inspection and harvest. It will easily separate the comb from the hive body and make your job and the bees happier.
Solid wooden handle with a 355mm stainless steel shaft and a 90 degree 45mm long hook.

combs and prying apart top bars when working with your hive.
The shaft end of the hive tool is sharp enough to easily cut through combs and also can be used to help lift heavy honeycombs out of the hive.
